To secure your reservation, accurate information and advance payment, when applicable, are required.\n\nThe Hostel reserves the right to refuse any reservation for any reason, including room availability.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Reservas Individuais<\/h2>\nTo confirm a reservation, a 50% payment of the total reservation value is required.\n\nThe remaining balance must be settled at least 2 days before the check-in date; otherwise, the Hostel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Reservas de Grupo<\/h2>\nReservas de grupos (7 pessoas ou mais) est\u00e3o sujeitas \u00e0s seguintes condi\u00e7\u00f5es:\n<ul>\n \t<li>At\u00e9 10 pessoas: Um dep\u00f3sito de 20% do valor total da reserva. O valor restante deve ser pago pelo menos 15 dias antes da data do check-in; caso contr\u00e1rio, o Hostel reserva-se o direito de cancelar a reserva.<\/li>\n \t<li>Entre 11 e 20 pessoas: Um dep\u00f3sito de 30% do valor total da reserva. O valor restante deve ser pago pelo menos 30 dias antes da data do check-in; caso contr\u00e1rio, o Hostel reserva-se o direito de cancelar a reserva.<\/li>\n \t<li>21 pessoas ou mais: Um dep\u00f3sito de 35% do valor total da reserva. O valor restante deve ser pago pelo menos 45 dias antes da data do check-in; caso contr\u00e1rio, o Hostel reserva-se o direito de cancelar a reserva.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Altera\u00e7\u00f5es de Reserva<\/h2>\nAltera\u00e7\u00f5es de reservas est\u00e3o sujeitas \u00e0 disponibilidade e podem estar sujeitas a taxas adicionais.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Cancelamento e Reembolso<\/h2>\nThe Hostel reserves the right to cancel any reservation if necessary, and in this case, a full refund will be provided to the guest.\n\nCancellations requested by the guest within the specified timeframe will be refunded.\n\nCancellations requested by the guest outside the specified timeframe will not be refunded.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Pagamento<\/h2>\nWe accept payments in cash, bank transfer, credit\/debit cards, or mobile payments.\n\nLocal fees, such as municipal or tourist taxes, may apply and will be added to the total reservation amount.\n\nAll prices and transactions are in Euros.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Check-In e Check-Out<\/h2>\nIn-person check-in begins at 15:30 and ends at 19:30. After 19:30, check-in must be done online. If you arrive before this time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but room availability is not guaranteed.\n\nCheck-out must be completed by 11:30. Please vacate your room on time so that we can prepare it for the next guests.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Check-Out Tardio<\/h2>\nO check-out tardio est\u00e1 sujeito \u00e0 disponibilidade e taxas adicionais:\n<ul>\n \t<li>At\u00e9 3 horas ap\u00f3s o hor\u00e1rio de check-out: 25% da tarifa do quarto.<\/li>\n \t<li>At\u00e9 6 horas ap\u00f3s o hor\u00e1rio de check-out: 50% da tarifa do quarto.<\/li>\n \t<li>Mais de 6 horas ap\u00f3s o hor\u00e1rio de check-out: 100% da tarifa do quarto.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Pequeno-Almo\u00e7o<\/h2>\nO pequeno-almo\u00e7o \u00e9 servido entre as 7:30 e as 10:00.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Limpeza<\/h2>\nA limpeza do quarto \u00e9 realizada diariamente entre as 11:30 e as 15:30.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Comportamento e Regras<\/h2>\nWe expect all guests to behave respectfully and courteously in all areas of the Hostel.\n\nSmoking is strictly prohibited inside the Hostel&#8217;s premises in areas not designated for it, as is the use of illegal drugs.\n\nGuests are responsible for any damage caused to the Hostel&#8217;s facilities and will be held liable for repair or replacement costs.\n\nThe consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed inside the rooms.\n\nPets are not allowed in the Hostel.\n\nEach guest is responsible for their personal belongings.\n\nThe Hostel is not responsible for losses or damages.<\/li>\n \t<li>\n<h2>Seguran\u00e7a e Bens Pessoais<\/h2>\nO Hostel n\u00e3o \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por objetos de valor deixados nos quartos ou \u00e1reas comuns.
