Welcome to Pedra de Sal Hostel & Suites!

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your stay at Pedra de Sal Hostel & Suites, hereinafter referred to as the “Hostel.” By making a reservation at the Hostel, you agree to comply with and abide by these Terms.

1. Reservas

   Reservations can be made online, by phone, or in person at the Hostel. To secure your reservation, accurate information and advance payment, when applicable, are required. The Hostel reserves the right to refuse any reservation for any reason, including room availability.

2. Reservas Individuais

   To confirm a reservation, a 50% payment of the total reservation value is required. The remaining balance must be settled at least 2 days before the check-in date; otherwise, the Hostel reserves the right to cancel the reservation.

3. Reservas de Grupo

   Reservas de grupos (7 pessoas ou mais) estão sujeitas às seguintes condições:
   • Até 10 pessoas: Um depósito de 20% do valor total da reserva. O valor restante deve ser pago pelo menos 15 dias antes da data do check-in; caso contrário, o Hostel reserva-se o direito de cancelar a reserva.
   • Entre 11 e 20 pessoas: Um depósito de 30% do valor total da reserva. O valor restante deve ser pago pelo menos 30 dias antes da data do check-in; caso contrário, o Hostel reserva-se o direito de cancelar a reserva.
   • 21 pessoas ou mais: Um depósito de 35% do valor total da reserva. O valor restante deve ser pago pelo menos 45 dias antes da data do check-in; caso contrário, o Hostel reserva-se o direito de cancelar a reserva.

4. Alterações de Reserva

   Alterações de reservas estão sujeitas à disponibilidade e podem estar sujeitas a taxas adicionais.

5. Cancelamento e Reembolso

   The Hostel reserves the right to cancel any reservation if necessary, and in this case, a full refund will be provided to the guest. Cancellations requested by the guest within the specified timeframe will be refunded. Cancellations requested by the guest outside the specified timeframe will not be refunded.

6. Pagamento

   We accept payments in cash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, or mobile payments. Local fees, such as municipal or tourist taxes, may apply and will be added to the total reservation amount. All prices and transactions are in Euros.

7. Check-In e Check-Out

   In-person check-in begins at 15:30 and ends at 19:30. After 19:30, check-in must be done online. If you arrive before this time, we will do our best to accommodate you, but room availability is not guaranteed. Check-out must be completed by 11:30. Please vacate your room on time so that we can prepare it for the next guests.

8. Check-Out Tardio

   O check-out tardio está sujeito à disponibilidade e taxas adicionais:
   • Até 3 horas após o horário de check-out: 25% da tarifa do quarto.
   • Até 6 horas após o horário de check-out: 50% da tarifa do quarto.
   • Mais de 6 horas após o horário de check-out: 100% da tarifa do quarto.

9. Pequeno-Almoço

   O pequeno-almoço é servido entre as 7:30 e as 10:00.

10. Limpeza

    A limpeza do quarto é realizada diariamente entre as 11:30 e as 15:30.

11. Comportamento e Regras

    We expect all guests to behave respectfully and courteously in all areas of the Hostel. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Hostel’s premises in areas not designated for it, as is the use of illegal drugs. Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the Hostel’s facilities and will be held liable for repair or replacement costs. The consumption of alcoholic beverages is not allowed inside the rooms. Pets are not allowed in the Hostel. Each guest is responsible for their personal belongings. The Hostel is not responsible for losses or damages.

12. Segurança e Bens Pessoais

    O Hostel não é responsável por objetos de valor deixados nos quartos ou áreas comuns. Recomendamos o uso de armários disponíveis no local para guardar objetos de valor.
